Availability
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
From June to August, lets are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Short Breaks are available out of season either as a weekend break (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) or as a midweek break (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights).
Entry to the apartment is after 3pm and guests are asked to leave on the day of departure by 10am.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking with full payment to be settled 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Should cancellation be necessary we will try to re-let the apartment. If this is not possible, full payment will be required. Guests are recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
LIABILITY
The owners do not accept liability for damage to or loss of guests’ personal property. Guests are responsible for looking after the apartment during their stay and for any damages caused, which must be reported and paid for before departure.
